Microwave heating:

The Thermic Bag is placed on a clean plate. It is only possible to heat one Thermic Bag at the time. The Thermic Bag always has to be heated at medium high temperature, but the heating time depends on the size of the bag.

• The bag for the neck needs 1 minute.
• The bag for the back needs 1-2 minutes.
• The bag for the shoulders needs 3 minutes.

To reheat the Thermic Bag less time is needed.

Oven heating:

The oven is heated at 150°C. The Thermic Bag is placed on a clean plate.

• The bag for the neck needs 4-5 minutes.
• The bag for the back needs 7 minutes.
• The bag for the shoulders needs 12-14 minutes.

Steam heating:

Boil water in a pot. The Thermic Bag is placed on a clean plate above the pot, and it is heated from 3-10 minutes at each side, depends on the size.

Cold:

The Thermic Bag is placed inside a plastic bag, and put in to the freezer for 2-6 hours.
